"Guess “On Time” Means Something Else Now"
Ordered food and it showed up almost an hour late, which was lovely because apparently I had nothing better to do than keep checking the app. The delivery time kept changing again and again, and by the time the food finally arrived, it was cold. Not exactly the experience I was hoping for. Definitely not rushing to order from Swiggy again anytime soon.

"Sooo messy when it arrived"
The food showed up with the packet half open, and gravy had leaked all over the bag. Delivery was fine, but the packaging was reaaally disappointing. I don’t think I’ll order again if this keeps happening
"Works fine most of the time, but can be glitchy"
I use Swiggy regularly and most days it gets the job done. The food options and delivery are usually fine, but I’ve had the app freeze a few times while tracking my order or trying to make a payment. Restarting the app usually fixes it, but it’s frustrating when I’m already hungry and just want to know where my food is. Overall, the service is good, but the app could definitely be more stable.

"Coverage is all over the place"
It’s kinda frustrating one day my address shows service and everything looks fine, then the next day half the restaurants are gone or nothing works at all. Same place, same area, just randomly different. Makes it super annoying when you’re trying to plan dinner and then suddenly your options disappear...

"Ratings just don’t feel that trustworthy"
I use Swiggy every now and then, but i’ve never fully trusted the ratings on the app. Something about them just feels a bit off to me, like they don’t always match the actual experience.
A lot of places show really decent scores, but then the food turns up average or the service is nothing special. It’s also not that easy to notice the bad reviews, so I usually end up going with my gut rather than believing the numbers.
Maybe the ratings work fine for other people, but for me they don’t really help much. If I’m ordering again, I’d rather rely on past experience or instinct than trust the app ratings too much.
"Login works… until it randomly doesn’t"
I don’t know, maybe it’s just me, but the login keeps failing right when I actually need to get in. It’s frustrating because there doesn’t seem to be any clear reason for it, and then other times it works like everything is totally fine. the app is okay when I can access it, but this login issue is getting old fast.

"I don’t know what’s going on with..."
I don’t know what’s going on with Swiggy’s location thing lately. I’ve saved my address properly, checked it more than once, even pinned it... but somehow it still shows up wrong for the delivery person. Then they keep calling, I have to explain the same route again, and by the time the food arrives it’s late or not even hot anymore. It’s just annoying, especially when you’re hungry and thinking the order will be quick. Customer support only says to update the address, but I’ve already done that, so it doesn’t really help.
"Membership is not really worth it anymore"
I paid for the membership thinking it would help me save a decent amount, but the savings have been almost nothing. It just does not feel worth keeping anymore.

"One of the items from my order…"
One of the items from my order was missing, so I raised it on Swiggy right away. But the chat just kept sending the same automated replies and then closed the issue as if it was resolved. No refund, no proper call, no actual help. This has happened more than once now, it feels unfair. Ordering is easy, but when something goes wrong, the least you expect is a basic level of support and decency. Really disappointing issue resolution.

"Now It's a Food App With Barely Any Food"
Swiggy used to be decent in my area, but lately it's turned into this fun little game where half the restaurants I actually like are either “unavailable” or magically “too far,” even at normal dinner time. Sometimes it shows me places, gets my hopes up, and then after I tap in, tells me they’re not delivering. Very helpful. If I do manage to find something, the delivery is usually fine, but the options have become so limited that I barely use it anymore...

"So my order arrived and the…"
So my order arrived and the box was actually leaking, which already made me uncomfortable, and then there was this weird smell too. I don’t know, maybe something spilled or wasn’t packed properly, but it just felt really unpleasant. The rider’s bag also looked dirty, so by that point I was just put off completely. I couldn’t really trust the food after that. Not ordering again, honestly

"Got charged but no proper update"
Had a frustrating experience with Swiggy. The payment went through and money was debited, but the order didn’t get placed and the app just kept throwing an error with no clear update. Support took a while to respond and only told me to wait for the refund. I did get the money back later, but it was really annoying, especially when I was already hungry. The payment process definitely needs to be more reliable.

"Menu details don’t always match what you get"
I ordered from swiggy thinking I knew exactly what I was getting based on the menu, but the restaurant sent something completely different. This has happened a few times now — items, prices, and add-ons don’t always match what’s shown. Customer support usually just says sorry, but nothing really changes. It’s frustrating because ordering food is supposed to be simple, and you realize how much trust you place in those menu details until they’re wrong and you end up wasting money.

"Wrong Order and a Lot of Wasted Energy"
Ordered dinner and somehow half the order was wrong. I got veg instead of chicken, the drinks were missing, and the bill from the restaurant didn’t even match what I paid in the app. Then support kept asking for photos, like taking pictures was going to magically fix my dinner. I ended up wasting way too much energy chasing this around, checking receipts, digging through bags, and explaining the same thing over and over. The refund was tiny and showed up late too. At this point, I’m tired of having to inspect every single bag like it’s my second job

"Tracking made no sense"
The tracking map was completely off and didn’t match reality at all. I kept checking it hoping for an actual update, but it just felt like random information. When I tried to get help, I felt more like a ticket number than a person trying to figure out where my order was.

"I don’t know if it’s just bad…"
I don’t know if it’s just bad timing with prices going up everywhere, but swiggy has become too costly lately. The food is already priced higher than the restaurant menu, and then they add delivery fee, platform fee, packing charges, taxes, by the end, a simple order becomes 30-40% more. I used to order often, but now I usually just check the final amount and close the app. Even the offers don’t feel useful anymore because some other charge gets added anyway. Just doesn’t feel worth it now

"Slow support and still no real fix"
I contacted support about a missing item, and it took them forever to get back to me. After all that waiting, they still didn’t actually fix the problem. It was really frustrating, and it made me wonder if there are some hidden fees or extra charges going on that they’re not being upfront about.

I ordered dinner thinking it would be a decent meal but when it showed up the box looked half empty and I thought something was missing because I paid full price and still ended up sitting there hungry afterward which was disappointing.

"Filters could be more reliable"
Overall, the app is still usable, but the filters keep resetting on me, which gets frustrating quickly. I don’t mind taking a few extra steps if there’s a good reason for it, but the ordering feels more annoying than it used to. To be fair, it’s not a dealbreaker, but it definitely makes the experience less smooth...

"Not what I expected from support"
I expected support to be a lot more helpful, but every reply just left me more confused. They kept sending vague answers and never really explained what was going on or gave me a clear update. It felt like I had to keep chasing them just to understand the basics.
